At the moment the  execution phase of stage 3 in the " Loftmurg" project  in the old spinning mill on the Walensee is taking place. Building work started in August 2010. The first units will be ready for occupation as from September 2011.  Show lofts can be inspected as from April 2011. Stages 1 and 2 are already completed.  Inspection visits can be arranged to allow you to get a general impression.

Azireal AG has developed a concept for utilization of the old Stoffel Textile Mill in Mels.  Planning permission for the re-zoning from industrial to residential and commercial zones has been applied for.  Parallel to this, construction plans for new usage to be carried out in various stages are also being drawn up - these will subsequently also be submitted for approval.

The start of the construction work will be 2013 at the earliest.
